Role Description
This is a part-time Assistant Store Manager (ASM) role located on-site in Gilroy, CA. The ASM will support daily operations, lead and motivate the store team, assist customers, ensure store visual standards are maintained, and achieve sales goals. The role also includes inventory management, cash management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
