Competitive Pay:
Average weekly pay: $1,260 – $1,800+
Starting CPM:
.48 CPM for drivers with 3+ months verifiable experience
.60 CPM for drivers with 5+ years experience
PLUS a .03 CPM safety bonus
Note: Pay structure applies to drivers living north of Orlando or Tampa, FL
Freight & Routes:
100% No-Touch Freight
65% Drop & Hook
Freight runs primarily East of I-35
No loads to NYC or Long Island
Modern Equipment:
2022 Freightliner Cascadias and newer
Automatic transmissions, APU, 1250-watt inverters
Auto restriction accepted

Experience:
Minimum 3 months of recent Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR – excluding trainer time)

No failed or refused DOT drug tests ever
No terminations from most recent driving job
Max 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (no more than 2 in last 12 months)
No major violations in the past 12 months (only one in last 3 years)
No more than 4 incidents in last 3 years
No DOT recordables in the last 3 years
