*The ideal candidate must reside in Houston, Texas, as this is a 3–6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The role will be 75% remote.

Position Summary:

The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles within the organization. This position is a W2 contract assignment (3–6 months) and will work remotely in close partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, assess, and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage online platforms, job boards, networking, and social media to attract qualified candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and candidate progress using the company’s applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed .
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Google Workspace platforms (Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive).
  • Previous experience recruiting for healthcare or medical roles.

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (hybrid)
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
