Job Description

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND CLIENT SERVICES:

OVERVIEW

This position provides a key leadership role in a wealth management firm leading strategic and business planning, management of office operations and innovation and in delivering outstanding client services. The Director will work with the Senior Partners to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and team chemistry and be proactive in identifying and implementing leading practices. They demonstrate collaboration and teamwork in everything they do by partnering to achieve results. Furthermore, they hold a high standard of integrity and accountability and ensure that decision-making reflect The Pinnacle Group’ s principles, client interests, and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Processes: Develop and maintain business processes.
  • Human Resources: Hiring, onboarding and development of team members.
  • Client Advocate: Identify opportunities to better serve our clients and effectively manage the delivery of client services.
  • Business Planning: Manage business plan execution, develop performance metrics, as well as tracking and reporting of data.
  • Technology: Ensure the right technology is in place and is being effectively utilized to its full benefit to deliver on the most effective operations and client experience.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for Accurate Financial Management and Reporting
  • Marketing: Oversee and manage the firm’s overall marketing, branding, and communication strategy

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in financial services or professional services
  • Strong business and people management skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Technology savvy
  • Detail oriented, analytical, organized and ability to multitask
  • Desire to learn and grow and be a team player
