SurgiShop is seeking a proactive and experienced Director of Operations to lead and enhance the company’s core operational functions, including fulfillment, logistics coordination, customer service processes, and quality assurance. This role will play a critical part in the implementation of a new ERP system and the oversight of our Quality Assurance Program (QAP) . The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar operations leadership role or hold a relevant degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

• Operational Oversight:
• Direct day-to-day operational functions, including order fulfillment, inventory tracking, shipping/logistics coordination, and customer service.
• Establish and refine standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient workflows.
• ERP Implementation:
• Lead and coordinate the successful implementation of a new ERP system , collaborating with IT and department heads.
• Ensure seamless adoption across the company by developing training plans, documentation, and change management strategies.
• Quality Assurance Program (QAP) Oversight:
• Manage and maintain SurgiShop’s QAP, ensuring products and services meet company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor KPIs, handle incident reporting, and facilitate ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Strategic Operations Support:
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business scalability plans, cost-reduction strategies, and infrastructure improvements.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to support company growth.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and support warehouse, logistics, and administrative operations staff.
• Promote a high-performance culture through clear expectations, regular feedback, and leadership development.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Provide operational data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to relevant industry and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for procedures, training, and audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field OR 2+ years of experience in an operations leadership role
• Hands-on experience with ERP system implementation (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
