POSITION TITLE: Junior Graphic Designer

Position Summary:  

Thrill Sports is looking for an organized, collaborative and proactive Junior Graphic Designer to support Thrill Sports owned properties – Power Slap, Nitro Circus, and Street League Skateboarding. 

 

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and reliable entry-level graphic designer who can take direction, follow brand guidelines, and execute clean visual work across digital and print. This is a production-heavy role with opportunities to grow into more conceptual and strategic work. 

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Design marketing collateral: social media graphics, email banners, digital ads, flyers, signage, etc. 
  • Prepare files for print and digital output. 
  • Assist senior designers with larger projects and campaign rollouts. 
  • Maintain consistency with brand standards and templates. 
  • Edit and revise files based on feedback. 
  • Organize and manage assets, file naming, and version control. 
  • Support the creative team on day-to-day tasks and deadlines. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 0–2 years of design experience (internships or freelance work count). 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. 
  • Basic knowledge of print and digital specs. 
  • A strong portfolio of student or personal work that shows design fundamentals. 
  • Ability to take feedback and execute changes quickly. 
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. 

 

 

Note:  Occasional travel, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
