Role:
Life Sciences Patent Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of firm experience in patent preparation and prosecution, client counseling, portfolio management, Freedom-to-operate, patentability, invalidity analysis, due diligence and post grant proceeding. Associate attorneys should have a advanced degree (Ph.D. Preferred) in biology or chemistry.
Qualifications:
2+ Years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
USPTO registration. State Bar.
Candidates can be based in New York or Boston.
Degree in Biology or Chemistry (Ph.D. degree preferred).
