Location: Methuen, MA (Onsite)

Compensation: $80K-$110K per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage exterior cleaning crews to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery
• Implement training programs to strengthen team skills and safety awareness
• Monitor and optimize production rates, gross margins, and crew utilization
• Conduct quality control inspections to uphold service standards
• Use scheduling software and CRM tools (e.g., HousecallPro) for efficient operations
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and coaching of employees
• Oversee budgets, equipment, and resource allocation to achieve KPIs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in the home services industry
• Proficiency with CRM and scheduling software (HousecallPro, ServiceTitan, or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial analysis and budget management
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
• Familiarity with holiday lighting installation and exterior maintenance
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency in a similar setting

Compensation & Schedule

• Earnings: $80K-$110K annually (Base + Performance Bonuses)
• Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan options, PTO, and paid holidays
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, occasional weekends during peak season
