Recruiter

Contract; $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing methods.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals.

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; prior experience with engineering and project management positions preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. recruiting practices; Canadian recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities with proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the Ohio office as required.
