Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Location: McKinney, TX

Full-Time

Next STEPS Worldwide is a premier outpatient clinic offering comprehensive psychological, therapeutic, and nutrition services to clients across the lifespan. We are currently seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our multidisciplinary team in McKinney, TX . This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Individual Nutrition Counseling – Deliver client-focused care across all age groups through assessments, goal-setting, and ongoing support.
  • Group Nutrition Facilitation – Lead engaging nutrition groups for adolescents and adults.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Partner with therapists and psychologists to coordinate care and participate in weekly team case reviews.
  • Program Development – Contribute to the development of group and individual nutrition curricula.
  • Community Outreach – Network with healthcare providers and participate in local initiatives.
  • Leadership & Advocacy – Take part in shaping program growth and present at conferences as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

  • Education – Master's degree in Nutrition, Food Service, Community Health, or related field.
  • Credentials – RDN certification via the Commission on Dietetic Registration; current, unrestricted Texas license.
  • Experience – 3+ years of clinical nutrition counseling; outpatient setting preferred.
  • Expertise in child, adolescent, and adult nutrition care.
  • Strong group facilitation and communication skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and lifelong learning.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary : Starting at $58,000 (commensurate with experience, up to $70,000)
